IT DEFINITELY TAKES heART TO BE AN ARTIST... Although, Im not just an visual artist, I'm also an arts collector, fine arts advocate, art educator and a creative fine arts writer on this blog.
When I started to rediscover my ability to paint draw and color it was not to automatically become the NEXT TOP ARTIST! It was and is a gradual work in progress to bring my numerous creative ideas into a visual reality on paper or canvas.
It started with me wanting to decorate my home with beautiful, powerful, colorful contemporary fine art. I was also inspired and motivated to be a part of the rapidly expanding art renaissance in Seattle, were I was born and raised.
Seattle is a colorful, musical, eccentric, whimsical city and we support the "Art World," because we are the artists it has produced...we will forever contribute to it's global expansion...because why not?
Home is where the🖤heART is...Food, Fun and Fellowship is Wonderful, but it takes heART to be an Artist!🖌️🎨🖌️

2026 NORTHWEST FOLKLIFE FESTIVAL IN SEATTLE!!!!
The JuVon Fine Arts Designs is a collaboration of two visual artists Shurvon Alicia, from Seattle and vintage jewelry designer Julius Brandon from New York. They started their journey in 2015, with the intention to explore and contribute to the Seattle Renaissance “art world.” Watch this video about the adventures of Ju+Von Designs.
Together they made a series of limited edition original art collages that have been in several fine arts exhibits in Seattle. They currently have a commemorative gift set of prints on sale at Gallery Onyx, located inside the Pacific Place Mall. New original art from JuVoN Designs will be in the 2026 Gallery Walk at the Northwest Folklife Festival.
