The Fine Arts Universe!!!

WHAT IS FINE ART?

What is the Fine Art Theory exhibit:  This series has been circulating in my mind for many years, especially after I decided to create more art for public viewing at local art shows.

Once I became more serious about being a visual artist, I noticed more questions being asked about who influenced, encouraged or gave me "permission" to be an artist.

This type of questioning was very odd considering that I have always been interested in the FINE ARTS, along with many other subjects throughout my lifetime. Those questions really caused me to think deeply about the type of artwork I would create as an visual artist.

After many trials and errors of trying to create one (1) style of artwork, I soon discovered that I don't have just one particular artist style and I never will because, that is not the way my artwork is supposed to be.

This type of art making process has allowed me to expand my creativity beyond the stifling limits of who, what and how art should be according to somebody else's preconceived stereotypical assumption of what my artwork should reflect.

I was not fully aware that creating artwork would be so controversial in the opinion of others, which ultimately led me to research, rediscover and redefine myself as a African-American female artist in the 21st century.

This journey was both exciting and painful as I begin to realize that there were only a few forms of expression that were considered to be "real" and or "authentic" representations of art from a black artist. It was at this point that I decided to expand my options beyond those boundaries this is at least one trait that all artists have in common we create ways to create and that is how the 'Fine Arts Theory Designer series was born.

This exhibit will explore the questions of WHO is an artist?, WHAT is art?, WHEN should an artists create art? WHERE do they get their creativity, inspiration and ideas? HOW should artist create their art? WHY are there so many misconceptions, myths and mysteries in the fine arts world?

This series will also explore what art is not, meaning that it is not just limited to traditional oil paintings of portraits, still life, flower vases and fruit bowls.

Although these type of images may have a certain significance in the art world, it is not the only form of visual art expression in the Fine Arts category of life.

The main purpose of my creative fine arts journey was to explore, navigate and document the process of using my creative drawing talent to reach the next level of the "so-called mysterious art world."  I quickly learned that I had to reach beyond the limits of the art world, and expand my creative vision into the UNIVERSE!!!

That was the reason why I designed the 365° Global Universe Changers series for people, places and creative project ideas that have impacted the whole galactic universe, from the 1970's until today

Now that we are celebrating the New Year, I will be starting my new BIG, BOLD and BEAUTIFUL Abstract Design Series and the 1st photo documentary of the Seattle Fine Arts Scene waiting 2 be Seen in 2018 and I am SO EXCITED about these two fine arts projects.

My Journey into the Wonderful World of Fine Arts has definitely reached a new colorful level since the days of using Crayola Color Crayons in elementary school. Although, I graduated from a prestigious university and studied under world renowned "art" instructors..."I DO NOT HAVE A TRADITIONAL FINE ARTS ACADEMIC DEGREE = no BFA or MFA!!!"

Therefore my creative process and ideas are UNLIMITED and my own personal fine art journey has indeed been WONDERFUL!!!

However, I definitely had some challenges, shocks, disappointments and setbacks...but I have also been told that a "setback is nothing but a setup for a comeback," and I believe this to be a true process for trusting God to do miracles!!!

Very Important People

QUESTION:
Why Does Black Lives Matter?

ANSWER: Black Men and Women are very important people living on this earth. It is important for them to live in good health and safety from hurt, harm and danger. God made all black people
with dark skin tones to be accepted and treated as human beings just like all other people living in the whole entire universe.

It is not God's will for us to be bullied, abused and killed because we have Black Skin. According to God's Word (The Holy Bible),  in the book of Psalms 139 - we were created with excellence and wisdom.

GOD LOVE US and wants us to be thankful for the blessings that He will provide for us to live, prosper and be in good health everyday!

Today is the day for you to RISE AND SHINE TO GIVE GOD THE GLORY FOR ALL THAT HE HAS DONE AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO FOR US...BECAUSE WE ARE HIS BELOVED!!!

This is the life long plan that God has already established for our lives and no weapon formed against us shall prosper and NOTHING can separate us from the Love that God has for us to WALK in FAITH and live the PURPOSED FILLED LIFE!!!
